3. Payment Terms & Upfront Payment Requirement

To confirm and initiate any project, a 30% upfront payment is required prior to the commencement of services. This deposit ensures the scheduling of the project and covers initial material procurement and project preparation. The balance of the payment is due upon completion of the project, unless otherwise specified in the service contract.

For projects with extended timelines or complex phases, payment may be divided into installment payments corresponding to project milestones or phases. These installment schedules will be clearly outlined in the service agreement. In the event of late payment or non-payment, Snowpeak Strategic Solutions LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate the work until payment is made in full.

4. Liability Limitation

Snowpeak Strategic Solutions LLC will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injuries, losses, or other liabilities arising out of the use of our services. This includes but is not limited to damages resulting from accidents, delays, property damage, or any other unforeseen events. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the work area is properly prepared and free from hazards prior to the initiation of services.
